Aseptic sampling valves mainly applied to extract sample from tank or pipeline. It also can be assembled at the bottom of the tank or pipeline to frain away the remains. The material only has SS316L, and sizes have DN6, DN8, DN10,DN15. Connections ends have tri clover and butt-weld. Valves head designs PTFE rubber. But PTFE rubber is more durable and high purity.

Working Principle:

Sterile sampling valves with PTFE Seat septum to open and close the valve through telescoping of the diaphragm. The series divide into the handle quick-opening type, handle wheel fine-turning type, pneumatic and hand-gas integrated four open mode. With spring automatic reset function, lift the handle or turn the hand wheel synchronous poppet, so that the diaphragm valve head from the sealing port to open the valve sampling, put down the handle and the opposite direction of rotation of the hand wheel is a vacant state, the spring automatically close the valves.
