Very Useful And Thoughtful Configuration On The Vacuum Emulsifier
The pot cover of High Shear Emulsifier is configured according to the emulsification process. These configurations greatly facilitate and optimize the operation of the emulsification process. The configurations include:
1. Observation port: also called window mirror, through which the situation in the emulsification pot of the vacuum emulsifier can be observed. In order to avoid the steam blurring the glass lens, a rotatable scraper is specially designed to scrape off the water vapor and better observe the situation in the emulsification pot;
2. Small material feed port: trace elements can be added during the emulsification process;
3. Compressed air inlet: when the customer discharges the material, compressed air is positively pressed in, which is convenient and smooth for discharge;
4. Air filter: used to filter air , reduce the pollution of materials by external air;
5. LED lighting: The window mirror has been optimized and LED lighting is selected for lighting, which is more user-friendly, longer life and durable;
6. Vacuum port: used for vacuuming and exhausting;
7. Vacuum pressure gauge: During negative pressure vacuuming and positive pressure air intake, the vacuum degree can be observed by the pressure value displayed by the pressure gauge;
8. 3 cleaning spray balls: used for CIP cleaning, which greatly optimizes the cleaning process;
9. The feed port is equipped with a filter: the feed can be filtered to ensure the consistency and cleanliness of the material;
10. The feed port is equipped with a guide pipe: the material can be fed from the pot wall according to the specified path.
