Vacuum Emulsification Tank Product Details
Emulsion Tank is a fully sealed, vertical structured hygienic container equipment. It uses the high-speed rotating shearing wheel and the shearing stationary wheel of the high-shear emulsifier to fully and quickly mix, disperse, emulsify and homogenize the mixed liquid and mixture in the tank. It is widely used in food (dairy), beverages, bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, pigments and other industries, which greatly improves production efficiency and material quality, especially for CMC, glue, powder and other additives that are difficult to dissolve. The equipment structure can be single-layer, with insulation, with jacket (heating, cooling), etc. according to process requirements.
Structural characteristics:
1. Feeding: The liquid material is sucked into the tank under vacuum through the conveying pipeline; discharging: The material can be sucked out by vacuum or pressurized.
2. The stirring and emulsification process is carried out under fully sealed conditions, which effectively prevents dust and microorganisms from contaminating the product.
3. The tank is in a vacuum state, so that the bubbles generated by the material during the stirring process are promptly removed.
4. Online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization (121℃/0.1MPa).
5. Designed in accordance with sanitary requirements, the structure is humanized, easy to operate, and the transmission is stable.
6. Suitable diameter-to-height ratio design, energy saving, fast material mixing, high emulsification and homogenization efficiency.
7. There is a sight light/mirror on the top of the tank, and a sight mirror on the side of the tank body for operators to observe the material mixing at any time.
8. The inner surface of the tank body is mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.6?m); the process openings such as the inlet and outlet pipes, sight mirrors, manholes, etc. and the welding points of the inner tank body are all made of arc transition with stretching and flanging process, which is smooth, easy to clean and has no dead corners, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process, and meeting the requirements of "GMP" and other specifications.
