There Is No Bad Juice Emulsifier, Only Better Juice Emulsifier
Juice emulsifier is a process of mixing thick slurry and water efficiently, quickly and evenly. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor, forming suspension, emulsion and foam. Under the joint action, the material is instantly dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely. After the reciprocation of the high-frequency pipeline high-shear mixing emulsifier, a stable high-quality product is finally obtained.
Juice emulsifier has a high shear rate to ensure the stability of the mixed liquid. Different working heads are suitable for different process and fluid requirements. High Shear Emulsifier machines of various specifications all work at the same rotor speed. All protective motors are provided, including explosion-proof motors. The maximum working pressure is 16bar, the maximum average working temperature is 120°C, and a front pump is provided when processing high-viscosity materials. The juice emulsifier has a self-cleaning function. It meets CIP/SIP requirements, has no dead angles, and has extremely high surface quality.
