The Truth About Small Laboratory Emulsifiers
The appearance of the small laboratory emulsifier is very smart and convenient. It can be operated by hand. It mainly uses the original foreign motor, which is very stable and has very low noise. The speed of the small laboratory emulsifier can reach 28000rpm during operation, and it can operate for a long time. There are more than 20 emulsifying heads to choose from, which effectively realizes the vacuum operation form and meets the needs of many kinds of material dispersion, emulsification and homogenization experiments.
First, under the centrifugal force generated by the High Shear Emulsifier high-speed rotating rotor, the material is sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head at the same time from the axial direction. The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. Under the centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, the material is initially dispersed and emulsified. Mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, impact tearing are formed, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified and homogenized. The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, and the flow direction is changed under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the action of the suction force generated in the rotor area, two strong turbulent flows are formed. The pushed out material changes direction on the container wall, thus completing a cycle.
