High Shear Emulsifier mainly adopts electric heating or steam heating. Generally speaking, there are more users who adopt electric heating because electric heating can greatly reduce the heating cost. When heating the medium layer, different media can be selected according to different material processing temperatures. Commonly used media are: water, thermal oil, etc. It is a temperature control system composed of a temperature sensor heating medium layer and a heat insulation layer. It can easily and conveniently control the temperature without the need for additional heating equipment. 1. High shear emulsifier heating precautions: The pot body is heated by water bath electric heating, and the temperature is raised by the electric heating rod in the jacket through the heating medium. Water is generally used as the heating medium. ① Note: Before heating, fill the jacket with water. The exhaust port is full of water. When heated for the first time, the medium will overflow due to expansion. ② Note: The exhaust hole should be kept unobstructed. It is strictly forbidden to install valves and block the exhaust hole. The exhaust port must be led to a safe place with a hard pipe to avoid hurting people. Then, the material is added to the inner pot before power heating. ③ Note: If the jacket is heated by water, water should be added frequently to avoid burning the electric heater after the jacket water is dried up.

2. High shear emulsifier cooling points:

High shear emulsifier cooling generally uses tap water as the cooling water source (conditional users can use chilled water for better cooling effect).

Open the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, and control the opening and closing degree of the water inlet and outlet valves to control the cooling water flow to achieve the control of cooling speed.
