During the production process, there are strict requirements for the use of ointment machinery and equipment, including the cleanliness requirement of the preparation operation room of general ointments being no less than Class 300,000; the indoor pressure is positive relative to the outdoor pressure, the temperature is 18-26°C, and the relative humidity is 45%-65%; the surface of the equipment in direct contact with the ointment is smooth, flat, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant, and does not chemically react with the processed ointment or adsorb the processed ointment; before use, check whether all pipelines and connections are leak-free, and make sure that there is enough water in the jacket before starting heating; stirring can only be started after the oil phase has melted, and after stirring is completed, it must be stored in a vacuum insulation manner, etc.
