After all preparations are completed, turn on the power and work can be carried out according to the specified requirements. The operating parts include the main pot stirring system, the main pot homogenizing system, the main pot lifting system, the auxiliary pot stirring system, and the vacuum pump system. The control is carried out through the buttons on the panel, which can control the lighting and extinguishing of the lighting, the operation of the main pot stirring, the operation of the main pot homogenizing, the operation of the auxiliary pot stirring, the operation of the vacuum pump, and the heating of the main and auxiliary pots.

① Turn on the power → ② Add materials to the oil and water pot → ③ Close the lid of the oil and water pot → ④ Heat and stir the oil and water pot → ⑤ Close the lid of the homogenizing pot, close other valves on the lid, open the vacuum valve for vacuuming (sucking materials) → ⑥ Heat the homogenizing pot (adjustable temperature) → ⑦ Homogenize and stir emulsify the difference materials (time is up) and stop heating → ⑧ Open the discharge valve again to discharge materials → ⑨ (after cleaning, you can lift the lid to dump the sewage and close the lid) → ⑩ cycle the previous work.

Precautions for laboratory emulsifier:

1 The power supply is consistent, and the ground wire is reliably grounded.

2 The shaft end of the homogenizer is left-turning. Each time the motor is connected or restarted after a long period of non-use, it should be jogged for trial rotation. When it is confirmed to be correct, the homogenizer can be officially operated.

3 Before each stirring start, it should be jogged to check whether there are any abnormalities in the stirring and scraping of the wall. If there are any, they should be eliminated immediately.

4 Before stirring and vacuuming, be sure to check whether the pot is flat against the pot cover, whether the pot mouth and material mouth cover are tightly covered, and the seal is reliable.

5 Before flushing nitrogen into the homogenizing pot, the ball valve under the vacuum gauge should be closed to prevent the vacuum gauge from being damaged.

6 Before shutting down the vacuum pump, the ball valve on the vacuum system purifier should be closed first.

7 To open the pot cover and the material mouth cover, it must be done when there is no vacuum pressure in the pot. If there is vacuum pressure in the pot, the ball valve on the purifier (and the vacuum pump) should be closed, and the vent valve on the pot cover should be opened to make the pot without vacuum pressure.

8 Connect the purifier to cooling water.

9 The vacuum pump can be started when the homogenizer is sealed. If there is a special need to open the atmosphere to start the pump, the operation cannot exceed 3 minutes.

10 It is strictly forbidden to operate the vacuum pump without oil. It is strictly forbidden to block the exhaust port when the pump is running.
