High Shear Emulsifier is a fusion of mechanical and hydraulic high-speed shearing. The precise matching of the rotor and the stator ensures that the processed material is subjected to hundreds of thousands of shearing actions per minute. Several interchangeable stator heads maximize the desired results.

Driven by the motor, the high-speed rotating rotor of the turbo emulsifier sucks the material from the bottom of the container into the rotor area, and is subjected to strong mixing. The material is forced to pass through the precisely matched stator and rotor gap and then thrown out from the stator hole. The turbo emulsifier consists of two major parts: the frame and the mixing head, of which the mixing head part consists of a high-speed rotating rotor and a stator. In order to meet different process requirements and expand the scope of use, three different types of interchangeable stator heads are specially designed. They can be disassembled and cleaned, and the material is stainless steel. The size of the stator head varies with the change of motor power and is related to the rotor size of a specific model. The particle size that can be processed by various models increases in proportion to the stator diameter.
