Strictly implement the lubrication management system of the emulsifier in the petrochemical industry, adhere to the "five-level" and "three-level filtration" (five-level: fixed point, timing, quality assurance, quantity assurance, and fixed number; three-level filtration: from the oil receiving barrel to the rear oil storage barrel, the rear oil storage barrel to the oil pot, and the oil pot to the refueling point). At the same time, the lubrication parts and oil tanks should be cleaned and replaced regularly.

5. Operators must conscientiously implement the handover system.

6. When the emulsifier maintenance personnel overhaul the emulsifier, they should conduct patrol inspections on time, deal with problems in a timely manner, and cooperate with the operators to do a good job in production safety.

7. The maintenance of all emulsifiers and pipelines in the workshop must have a clear division of labor, and timely anti-freezing, anti-condensation, heat preservation, cold preservation, anti-corrosion, and leak plugging.
