The float level gauge and conversion device of the water collecting tank should also be regularly inspected and maintained.

3. Maintenance and maintenance of the emulsifier. Regularly check, adjust or replace the inlet and outlet gate valves of the emulsifier. Regularly check the water level of the lifting tank and its conversion device facilities. To ensure that the standby emulsifier can work properly, it is generally guaranteed to be tested once a month. When the temperature is below 0℃, the water in the pump casing should be discharged in time.

4. Fan maintenance work It is strictly forbidden to run the fan when there is no oil or lack of oil. The lubricating oil must be checked before starting. And do a good job of regular inspections. If abnormal conditions are found, they must be stopped in time and detailed inspections must be carried out. Check the bearing lubricating oil and water-cooling and air-cooling pipes, and generally repair them once every three months.

5. When the maintenance work of the emulsifier involves the emulsifier, the corresponding inspection work should also be done, and the debris in the dosing tank should be cleaned regularly. 6. Maintenance of the aerated grit chamber.
