2. Primary emulsification: After being sucked into the working chamber of the high shear emulsifier, the material is thrown radially into the precise and narrow gap between the stator and the rotor again under the action of centrifugal force, and is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, shear and other forces, so that the material is initially emulsified.
3. Extrusion: The linear velocity of the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor is very high, which can reach more than 15m/s, and even higher, up to 40m/s. The homogenized and emulsified materials are extruded from all around the stator slot.
4. Continuous circulation: The material is continuously extruded by radial force, and when it encounters the resistance of the inner wall of the container, it is cycled again and again. After countless cycles, the whole process of dispersion, homogenization and emulsification is completed.
