High Shear Emulsifier is a new type of vacuum emulsifying equipment that integrates homogenization, stirring, emulsification, degassing, heating, cooling and other functions. It is mainly suitable for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, chemical and other industries. It homogenizes, emulsifies and stirs liquid (or colloid) materials with a certain viscosity under vacuum to obtain high-quality semi-solid products that fully meet national health standards.

1. Reasons for cream products to be not delicate and dull:

1. Ordinary stirring emulsifiers have poor dispersibility and stability of emulsions, and the particles are large and rough, with poor stability and easy to cause pollution.

2. In the manufacturing process, the particle size of the dispersed phase is large and air is mixed into the product during stirring. The large particle size leads to instability of the emulsion and lack of gloss. The mixing of air into the product will cause the product to be bubbled, contaminated by bacteria, easy to oxidize and have an uneven appearance.

2. Vacuum homogenization emulsifier provides effective solutions

1. The vacuum emulsifier adopts German homogenization technology, with a speed of 4500 rpm, which can instantly disperse, homogenize and emulsify the material.

2. According to the different viscosity of the material and the production process requirements, the corresponding emulsification homogenization head, speed, etc. can be customized.

3. Vacuum degassing makes the material meet the sterility requirements, and vacuum suction is used to avoid mixing with air in the product, causing pollution, oxidation, and dullness.

4. The three-layer stainless steel pot body is mirror polished, and the material layer and pipeline are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
