In recent years, with the rapid rise of domestic cosmetics and the development of chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the demand for vacuum emulsifiers has been growing.

The High Shear Emulsifier industry has developed rapidly recently, but it is also facing limitations in the development of the industry. The vacuum emulsifier needs to get rid of low production capacity and increase speed, so as to develop higher production efficiency; the configuration of the equipment should be gradually improved, and the cleaning system, overload system, and especially the detection system have few optional systems and the current situation of excessive volume needs to be further improved; the safety system of the equipment itself also needs to be improved, and when the equipment stops operating, some details can be added to protect the motor.

This research and development technology is not yet mature in China, and we need to explore it in the future. We strive to make the products we produce a powerful assistant for the production of various industries.
