Customized Vacuum Emulsifier According To Customer Requirements
The working principle of the vacuum emulsifier is to combine a single phase/several phases (liquid, solid, and gas) into an insoluble continuous phase (ordinary liquid). This process is efficient, fast, and uniform.
Under normal conditions, the phases are insoluble. Only by using energy to do work can the two materials be reorganized into the same phase.
The high-speed rotating rotor can use the strong kinetic energy brought by the high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effect to allow the material to undergo strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the extremely small gap between the stator and the rotor, forming a suspension (solid/liquid), emulsion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid).
The insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase are instantly uniformly dispersed and emulsified under the combined action of stable process and standard dosage additives. This is a repeated cycle process, and finally a stable high-quality product is obtained.
