The combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact and tearing instantly disperse and emulsify evenly. The vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is mainly composed of a water phase pot, an oil phase pot, an emulsifying stirring pot, a vacuum system, a hydraulic system, a pouring system, an electronic control system, an operating platform, etc.

Water phase pot and oil phase pot: mainly for pre-treatment of materials, three layers of stainless steel welded together, material contact layer, heating medium layer, and thermal insulation layer.

Emulsifying stirring pot: high-speed shearing and emulsification of materials to make the materials delicate and shiny.

Vacuum system: Vacuum degassing makes the material meet the sterility requirements, and vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials, vacuum suction is used to avoid stratification and flying.

Hydraulic system: single-rod hydraulic and double-rod hydraulic, lifting device, easy to clean. The powerful hydraulic lifting system adopts a unique sealing device, which is more stable when it is freely lifted and lowered.

Material dumping system: You can choose electric dumping or manual dumping, or you can choose pump discharge.

Electric control system: You can choose PLC electric control system.

Operating platform: Thickened stainless steel material is conducive to ensuring the stability of machine operation, and the safety platform anti-slip stainless steel plate adopts embedded (embedded bracket) manufacturing process to prevent the leakage of stainless steel plate from scratching the operator.

The overall bracket of the equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the pot body is welded with three layers of stainless steel, the inside and outside are polished with 320 eye mirrors, and the container and material contact part are made of SUS316L stainless steel to ensure the stability of the equipment and meet GMP specifications
