Generally speaking, there are several types of conventional emulsifier cover accessories:

1. Trace element hopper: This hopper is used to add some trace elements such as flavors and spices when the emulsifier produces materials. It is introduced from the cover, with a 45-degree bevel at the lower end, and the opening direction is towards the stirring center of the emulsifier to prevent the material from scouring the pot body.

2. Air filter: This accessory is used to prevent impurities from being sucked into the main pot of the vacuum emulsifier when the emulsifier absorbs water and oil phase materials in a vacuum state

3. Vacuum device: The vacuum device includes a vacuum interface and a vacuum gauge. The vacuum interface is generally directly connected to the vacuum pump of the emulsifier. It is used for vacuum degassing in the emulsifier pot. The vacuum gauge is used to display the vacuum degree in the emulsifier pot when vacuuming.

4. Insulated sight glass: It is installed because the emulsifier needs to keep track of the emulsification of the materials in the emulsifier pot at any time when emulsifying the materials. Sometimes the sight glass will fog up with the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the emulsifier pot. Therefore, the sight glass is generally equipped with a scraper device.

5. Window with lighting: There will be a lighting lamp above the window. When you need to observe the emulsification effect of the materials in the main pot of the emulsifier, you need to turn on the lighting lamp to see clearly. Some people directly use a strong flashlight for lighting.

6. Cleaning spray ball: The CIP cleaning system can fully clean the entire tank without dead corners and optimize the cleaning process.

Of course, some emulsifiers will also be equipped with some other devices on the pot cover according to different materials, such as manholes, hand holes, vents, etc.
