In the maintenance and care of High Shear Emulsifier, cleaning is one of the important steps. In the mixed production of food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and chemical industries, the appropriate cleaning methods will be different according to the size of the vacuum emulsifier equipment, the complexity of the design, and the different materials processed. For example, for general materials and small equipment, the cleaning method will be slightly simpler. When encountering the cleaning method of materials with special chemical composition, the cleaning agent also needs to be specially selected, and the selection should be made according to actual needs.

Common vacuum emulsifier cleaning methods

1. Soaking cleaning method

Using the chemical energy and thermal energy of the cleaning agent at a certain temperature and concentration to soften or dissolve the residual substances adhering to the tank is a simple and easy-to-operate cleaning method.

2. Jet cleaning method

Under a certain pressure, detergent or clean water is sprayed through a nozzle of a certain shape to the parts of the high shear emulsifier equipment that need to be cleaned to remove dirt. It is a commonly used cleaning method.

3. Brushing

Brushing the dirt with a rotating brush has a better decontamination effect.

4. Ultrasonic cleaning
Some vacuum emulsifiers with high cleanliness requirements may not meet the cleaning requirements by general cleaning methods. In this case, ultrasonic cleaning can be selected.
5. CIP cleaning system
It is widely used in food and beverage production enterprises with high mechanization, such as beverages, dairy products, juices, pulp, jams, and wines. CIP cleaning can also be used for production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.
The cleaning method can be for a single vacuum emulsifier or for the entire emulsifier production line. Different equipment combinations will use different cleaning methods. The larger or more production equipment and the higher the cleanliness requirements, the more complex the cleaning method will be.
