Basic Production Process Of Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier For Cosmetics Equipment
High Shear Emulsifier is a complete set of cosmetic equipment that integrates mixing, dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying functions. It plays an increasingly important role in the ever-expanding market production. Here is an introduction to the basic working process of the vacuum emulsifier:
The production process of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier equipment can be mainly divided into: material pretreatment, vacuum suction, heating and cooling, stirring, homogenization, vacuum degassing, and discharging.
① Material pretreatment: The material can be heated or cooled in a water tank or oil tank, and a pretreatment is performed first.
② Vacuum suction: The material can be sucked into the emulsification pot through the conveying pipeline under vacuum, and the stirring and mixing reaction is sucked into the emulsification pot by the vacuum pump.
③ Heating and cooling: The three-layer pot structure is generally electric heating, heat transfer medium (water, heat transfer oil), and can also be heated by steam. The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and automatically controlled.
Cooling water is connected in the interlayer to cool the material.
④ Mixing: The triple mixing adopts imported variable frequency speed regulation, and cooperates with polytetrafluoroethylene scrapers to sweep away the sticky materials on the wall, so that the materials continuously produce new interfaces, and then go through the shearing, compression, folding turbulence and other effects of the blades and rotating blades, and repeatedly circulate to the high shear homogenizer.
⑤ Homogenization: Adopting German IKA homogenization technology, the materials flow to the homogenizer after stirring and mixing. The strong kinetic energy brought by the machine makes the materials in the narrow gap between the rotor and the stator, and is subjected to hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute, and quickly broken into 200nm-1um particles.
⑥ Vacuum degassing: The emulsifier is in a vacuum state, and the bubbles generated by the materials during the stirring process can be removed in time, which improves the quality of the processed materials. Vacuum degassing can make the materials meet the sterility requirements.
⑦ Discharging: The lid lifting system of the emulsifier is convenient for discharging and cleaning. It can be electrically tilted or discharged by the bottom valve pipeline.
