High Shear Emulsifier is an emulsifying equipment with special purpose. It can emulsify two immiscible liquids under vacuum to form a uniform emulsion.

It is usually composed of an emulsifying pot, a water pot, an oil pot, a vacuum system, a heating and cooling system, a stirring system, a homogenizing system, etc., and has the following characteristics:

- Vacuum emulsification: Emulsification is carried out under vacuum conditions to effectively prevent the generation of bubbles and improve the emulsification effect and product quality.

- Bidirectional stirring: The bidirectional stirring method is adopted to fully mix the materials in the pot to improve the emulsification efficiency.

- Heating and cooling: The materials can be heated or cooled as needed to control the temperature of the emulsification process.

- Homogenizing system: The particles in the material are refined by the homogenizer to make the emulsion more stable.

- Easy operation: The operation of the equipment is relatively simple and can be adjusted according to different process requirements.

Bidirectional stirring vacuum emulsifiers are widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical industry and other fields, especially for the production of high-quality emulsions, creams, ointments and other products.

When using, it is necessary to select the appropriate emulsifier model and parameters according to different material and process requirements, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

The working principle of the heating and cooling system of the two-way stirring vacuum emulsifier is as follows:

1. Heating system: usually electric heating or steam heating is adopted.

The electric heating system converts electrical energy into thermal energy through a heating tube or a heating coil to heat the material in the emulsifying pot.

The steam heating system heats the material by passing steam.

The temperature of the heating system can be adjusted by a control device to meet the temperature range required by different processes.

2. Cooling system: The working principle of the cooling system is to reduce the temperature in the emulsifying pot by circulating cooling water or other cooling media.

The cooling water circulates in the emulsifying pot through the cooling pipe to take away the heat, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.

The temperature of the cooling system can also be adjusted by a control device to ensure that the emulsification process is carried out under suitable temperature conditions.
